An analogy of mind: The jockey and the racehorse.

Two of my best friends, Eva and Charlie, meeting for the first time.

When we experience joy, where are our problems?

The mind goes where our attention directs it.

Most people are like a jockey on racehorse which runs where ever it wants.

Remember, you are not the horse, you are the jockey. Take the mind by the reigns and direct it where you want it to go.

Thank you to my old friend Bruce MacDougall, who introduced me to the analogy of racehorse and the jockey.
